The lecturers are adamant that the students carry them to every class, the students would do anything to get away from them and they, in this tussle, lie in the libraries and shops with layers of dust settled on them. What are being referred to here? What else, but the nemesis of every student and the survival secret of lecturers: THE TEXTBOOKS. Come July, and it’s that time of the year again when students are forced to give into the lecturers demands and throng to the bookshops for the best possible (used, cheapest) deals on their textbooks.... Read→

They said, ‘Live And Let Live’. But when it came to letting us live, there seems to be some unclear friction coming up. Is it a simple misunderstanding that they wanted us to live, like they had lived… or is it an entanglement of unexplained rules that cheats us into believing that they meant it? “To get something or someone fresh, is to catch it young”, said a local celebrity. Though it sounds weird it’s true. In the correct local lingo it’s called a ‘Double meaning statement’. Call it weird or unique, Loyola Academy is the only college in Hyderabad to have this rule of marks for attendance. Like every other college... Read→

While for other softhearted people it was an experience to cherish. Vijay, a first year pass out says, “Wow we get to interact with so many patients?
